DIAMOND DATA SYSTEMS, INC. WINS 5 YEAR NAVY CONTRACT FOR MOBILE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION

New Orleans – August 8, 2005 –

On July 29th, 2005, The Commander Naval Reserve Forces Command (CNRFC) announced that Diamond Data Systems, Inc. (DDS) in New Orleans, LA was awarded a 5 year contract to develop and rollout a custom tracking software application which will utilize Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technologies. The program is for a critical supply chain management software application that tracks the movement of items from their origination point to their final stop location on Navy bases. The contract calls for new software development, as well as enhancements and on-going maintenance of the current application over the five year term. The application is already installed at two Navy bases in Belle Chasse, LA and Ft. Worth, TX. A rollout to three more bases is planned by the end of 2006, with more likely during the duration of the contract.
