DDS' employee benefits are designed to compensate our employees for their hard work! We hire people that we believe will help make us a better, more successful company --  individuals who go the extra mile.  We feel that our employee benefits package also goes the extra mile. Our benefits include:

Health Insurance
Diamond Data Systems believes in promoting health and wellness to all employees and their families, and assists with the payment of health insurance premiums. Our current medical insurance provider for all medical plans is Blue Cross Blue Shield. All full time employees are eligible for this benefit. Eligibility for all medical insurance plans begins the first of the month following employment. The company offers different choices of coverage between high-deductible and co-pay plans. We share significantly in the cost of your benefits by contributing 90% to the premium for employee coverage and 50% to the total premium for all dependent coverage. All plans offer the employee the ability to go to their doctor of choice without having to go to a primary care physician first.

Dental Insurance
Diamond Data Systems is happy to provide its employees with dental insurance through United Healthcare.  All full time employees are eligible for this benefit. Eligibility for this benefit begins the first of the month following employment. The employee-only plan is paid for 100% by DDS with the option for employees to add dependents. The plan offers freedom of choice to employees in choosing their dentist.

Vision Insurance
DDS' vision plan is provided by United Healthcare. All full time employees are eligible for this benefit which begins the first of the month following employment. These costs are fully paid for by the employee.

Long Term Disability
The premium is fully paid by DDS. Once short term disability ends, the benefit will pay 60% of the employee's monthly base salary. The maximum benefit is $5,000 per month up to age 65.

Life Insurance
The premium is fully paid by DDS. The benefit is equal to $20,000 and provides double indemnity in case of accidental death. We also offer an employee-paid, voluntary plan for additional coverage for the employee, spouse and children.

Leaves of Absence
Family Leave - FMLA provides up to 12 weeks leave of absence per year available to eligible employees to meet family responsibilities.

Paid Time Off
We believe that everyone deserves a break and we provide the opportunity to do so through our flexible accrued paid time off (PTO). All employees receive 200 hours (25 days) of PTO per year which accrues incrementally each pay period to use for personal, sick and vacation time. Employees who have 5 or more years of service receive 240 hrs (30 days) of PTO.

Short Term Disability
The premium is fully paid by the employee. After meeting a 14 day elimination period, the benefit will pay 60% of the employee's weekly base salary. The maximum benefit is $1,000 per week for up to 90 days.
