Providing consultants to help design a "master plan" for their IT needs. This plan will offer suggestions for network design, IT department organization, and software packages that should be used (both 'off-the-shelf' and custom-designed) to improve business processes.

Currently, the scope of this service line is to develop a broad IT plan for a client. While specific systems and processes may be identified as part of an audit/site survey, it will generally be the responsibility of other service lines or the client to implement the plan. Members of the Strategic Technology Consulting Service Line may however be called on to provide direction on terms of what technologies to use and prioritizing the tasks to be implemented.
